Q: How long have you been associated with MCC?
A: The City of Pacific Grove has been associated with MCC for approximately ten years. I personally have been the IT Manager for the Police Department for the past two years.
Q: What kind of services does MCC provide for the City Of Pacifc Grove?
A: MCC provides both network and hardware services for the City of Pacific Grove.
Q: Are you happy with the costumer service at MCC?
A: I personally have been quite pleased with the response and quality technical services provided by MCC. MCC has been instrumental in providing a quality network and maintenance of our firewall which protects our network from outside attack.
Q: What are you most satisfied with about MCC?
A: I am most satisfied with the quick response to reported problems on the network. The technicians at MCC are personable and knowledgeable and the company is fair in its billing practices and service.
Q: What would you like to see in the future of MCC?
A: As technology emerges with secure web based access we would like to see additions to our network which include video conferencing, and surveilance monitoring of various locations in the city.
