MCC provides on-site installations and repair of computer systems. This is available on a time-and-materials basis.
CARRY-IN SERVICE
MCC can repair a product in 2 to 4 days when a defective unit is delivered to our facility in Monterey. MCC also represents several manufacturers by providing warranty service repair. This is also available on a time-and-materials basis.
CUSTOM SERVICE
MCC is a service company and we are interested in your special needs. Unusual requirements or circumstances often will fall within the scope of our services.

CONTRACTS AVAILABLE
We will come out to your site to do a survey of the equipment you have, then recommend any updating and/or replacements of equipment or software to better serve your needs. Working with our clients, we develop a service contract that covers both listed equipment, including keeping you up and running while your machines may be in for repair. For a period of twelve months your system will be fully covered for ALL repairs(excluding consumables). This means that no matter what type of equipment requires repair, all parts and labor charges are included. The only price you pay is a contract fee when you choose this agreement.
